How to download your TD statements
PDF BETA · OFX SAFERPDF (beta) and OFX/QFX (recommended).
TD EasyWeb provides monthly PDF statements and a Quicken export. The TD PDF parser is a scaffold, so start with OFX/QFX if you want a guaranteed-clean first import.
Steps
- 01EasyWeb → Accounts → Statements & Documents for the monthly PDF.
- 02Safer first import: on the account activity page choose Export → “Quicken” (.qfx).
- 03Drop either file into Pare — OFX/QFX is dedup-safe on re-import.
Worth knowing
TD's export window is limited to a rolling period, so pull OFX regularly or use PDFs for older history.
What Pare does with it
Drop the file into Pare and it parses the transactions locally, categorises them, and builds spending trends, budgets and a cash-flow forecast. Uploaded PDFs are deleted the moment they're parsed, and Pare never asks for your bank login. You can also self-host it so the data never leaves your machine.
